The results page will show two views of the selected BACs highlighted on the
Medicago truncatula pseudo chromosomes, a large, zoomed in view,
and a smaller whole-genome view. BAC borders are shown on chromosomes. Light gray
indicates BAC borders that are inside contigs; black BACs are on edges of contigs.
The lines between BACs indicate gaps of unknown length.
If any of the submitted BACs fail to match any known BACs, they will
be listed at the bottom of the results page.
