| Description |
cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Unizap XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing cDNA inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-Zap phage using ExAssist helper phage and propagated in XLOLR cells. |
