| Description |
cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA from the mixture of effective nodules of 40 day old plants harvested 36 hours post shoot removal and nodules collected from 2 month old plants at mid-pod stage. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Uni-Zap XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using the Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-Zap phage using ExAssist helper phage and propagated in SOLR cells. |
