| Description |
cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Uni-Zap XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing cDNA inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-Zap phage using Ex-Assist helper phage and propagated in SOLR cells. |
